Returns Policy

At Absolute Merch UK, every item is custom made to order by Prints Charming Fife Ltd. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item is faulty or there has been an error on our part.

📦 Received a faulty or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

✉️ How to report an issue:

Please email returns@printscharmingfife.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo if possible

We’ll get back to you with your prepaid return label and further instructions. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • As each item is made to order and often personalised, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, and original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns where signs of wear, damage, or laundering are present.
  • Once a return label has been issued, the item must be posted within 7 days to ensure timely processing.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • While we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
